Mike Bernard RI trained at the highly acclaimed Royal Academy Schools in London. In 1997 he was elected a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour. His unusual painting technique of combining paper collage and acrylics is immediately recognizable and highly sought after all over the world. He is best know for his paintings of Cornish and Devon harbours, Italian coastal scenes and Venice.
